I stay in a lot of hotels for work. I think I can honestly say this is the nicest one I have stayed in in a long time. Very clean thanks to Mya and the rest of the staff I met were all equally as professional. Whilst I am staying here for business I would most certainly part with my own money to stay here. As has already been mentioned there are lots of facilities within a short walk. I’ve had two very pleasant and comfortable nights and will look forward to coming back. I was in a premier plus room on the ground floor and despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t any bother with noise. Well done to everyone on staff and please don’t change.
First time staying over in Blackpool we went for valentine's weekend really enjoyed it is out of the way but very quiet compared to town ways which is needed we got really good service first time we got in as my partner struggles with a health condition she put us on ground floor which really helped him we didn't get her name but she has blonde hair everything you needed restaurant was 10/10 amazing definitely be back when we return we highly recommend coming to this hotel if you like the quiet side it is a walk from the train station we walked everywhere but there is the tram and buses to get back and to everything
Great location, just away from busy areas of Blackpool but near enough to walk. Room was clean, spacious and ever so comfy. There was building work happening whilst we were there, but we didn’t hear a thing from it and it had no impact on our stay. Norma and Andrea at breakfast were great! They were run of their feet and still managed to do everything with a smile. My daughter has a nut, sesame and egg allergy and we were very impressed at how they responded to ensure her safety throughout, including her food getting cooked separate and fresh cutlery to ensure no cross contamination. Overall a fabulous stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Blackpool.
Seen others complaining about the building works at the pub/restaurant. We had the room next to it and it was no bother at all. Will soon be complete though so won’t matter. Big car park which is unusual for many hotels and free for residents. Corridors were very warm and rooms weren’t too bad. We were there beginning of September. The new premier plus rooms above the restaurant have aircon which the normal rooms don’t. Was pretty quiet apart from people passing the open window but that wasn’t obtrusive.
Just come back from a 2 night stay. The hotel was brilliant. Easy and quick check in, we was able to upgrade to breakfast as we forgot to do it online. The rooms were really clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. 10/10. This is the first time I’ve gone to a hotel room and the kettle actually be decent to use!! Was able to make myself a cup of tea. The bath and shower was easy to use. The only thing the rooms are missing are a mini fridge and safe. The staff were really polite and helpful. The lady who did the breakfast’s was really friendly. The breakfast’s were really nice, and the coffee was spot on. The location is good too, less than a 10 minute drive into Blackpool. Would definitely stay here again.
Having stayed in multiple premier inns, this is easily my favourite! The premier plus rooms especially are modern, cosy and quiet. Special thanks to Josh for being such a welcoming restaurant host, Andrea for a fantastic breakfast, and Mya for making the room spotless.
Perfectly pleasant for a budget hotel. Clean, quiet, a well-maintained room, convenient parking, welcoming staff, and well placed for the seafront (a c.350m walk to the South Pier). There is a petrol station with a Morrisons daily next door, and a big and pleasant Wetherspoons also on the seafront, just south of the south pier.
A lovely stay at this hotel. Great location, clean room and great on site restaurant. Josh who works in the restaurant, was brilliant, very kind, always friendly and very hard working. My car broke down, and he was very kind checking we were ok, very much appreciated. I hope Josh gets a day off very soon! :) I only have 4* for room as it was a bit noisy from the guest above our room, everything else was brilliant. Charlotte and son.
